This is Case Deflection's first single! Written partly at Spotify Studios, and partly at a random AirBnB we rented for our songwriting getaway weekend. It all started with a jam on a tiny chord progression I had in my voice notes. At least for my parts, there is a lot of late 80's influence. Anders's riff is a masterclass in simplicity and effectiveness.
It's about waiting for someone who will never show up.
